4.1.2 Advance HACCP Training (SANS10330:2020) TARGET AUDIENCE:
Quality Assurance Managers, HACCP Team & Supervisors
This training covers the 12 stages of HACCP. These include preliminary information to enable a hazard analysis, risk assessment of hazards, categorisation of control measures into OPRPs and CCPs, monitoring of the hazard control plan, validation, verification and control of process and product non-conformities. The terms of reference include Codex, BRCGS Issue 9 and ISO 22000:2018.

4.1.4 FSSC V6 Implementation TARGET AUDIENCE:
Food Safety Team Leaders, Food Safety Team Members
The course is aimed at food safety team leaders and team members as well as other staff responsible for the implementation, management, maintenance, verification and improvement of the system.
FSSC 22000 is a complete certification scheme for food and feed safety management systems based on the international, independent standards: ISO 22000 + Sector Specific PRPs like ISO 22002-1 + FSSC Version 6 additional requirements. In this course you will gain the required skills to conduct a baseline review of your organization’s current position and implement the requirements of FSSC 22000. Using a step-by-step approach, you will learn how to develop an implementation plan, create necessary documentation, and monitor your FSMS.

4.1.6 FOOD FRAUD & FOOD DEFENSE (TACCP & VACCP)
Addresses food fraud mitigation (VACCP) and food defence(TACCP) as part of the FSMS.
Food Fraud training is geared towards personnel who are responsible for implementing and managing the Vulnerability Assessment Critical Control Point (VACCP) Programme for the prevention of deliberate counterfeiting, substitution, dilution, concealing, etc. for monetary gain.

4.1.8 BRCGS V9 –IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STANDARD

GLOBALG.A.P. is a global certification scheme supporting producers and their buyers with the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) on their farms.
Our introduction course provides a background to food safety, the role of international food safety standards in general and what GLOBALG.A.P. entails.
The course aims to provide a basic introduction of the GLOBALG.A.P. regulations and the changes to the standard in Version 6.
This training also highlights the changes from Version 5.4.1 to Version 6 that is mandatory from 2024.
