- Yes a checklist is allowed to be opened on more than 1 device at the same time
The user is able to complete checklists as specified by the Administrator. A User will have the function of carrying out the completion of any checklist on a web enabled smartphone or tablet device using the Chrome web browser. A User will capture the information on a device and then save the information. Once the information is saved, the Administrator can view this information on the CMS.
The Provider shall provide the Support Services to the Customer
Yes, all information will be stored on the Google Cloud Platform. The current region of choice is Europe West 1C – Belgium. The Google Cloud Platform is considered one of the best hosting providers in terms of security and keeping your information private. You can read more about Google Cloud Security here: https://cloud.google.com/security. The Customer’s database will be a separate instance at all times ensuring that there is no way any information can be obtained without proper authorisation
Yes, Training will be free of charge for the first 3 months if the trainee provided is dedicated to this task. In all instances the Customer is required to make the trainee available for the initial training period. If more training is required, it will be billed from the Provider to the Customer at R450 per hour. In the event that the Provider deems the Customer allocated trainee not to be adequately skilled to perform the necessary tasks the Provider shall notify the Customer immediately in writing. This shall not affect the free training period. If travelling and/or accommodation is required, this will be for The Customer’s account. In all instances the Provider will quote the Customer on travel or accommodation costs before training is scheduled.
Yes, the system is able to generate reports and do trending as required.
Yes, when a checklist is designed it is able to trigger SMS, email, non-conformance, deviations etc.
3 months if the support from your side provided is dedicated to this task.
